I wish I could give ZERO rating! Horrible experience- the girl that took the picture is half asleep- no receipt given! I regret not checking these reviews, because I would not have gone here!. Well you made $36! but no repeat business from me and hopefully others. The girl does not show the photo sticks it in the envelope and says don't open it because the stamp is wet. I got home and there was a shadow on the face. I called them and some lady said it is natural! Like why you are you arguing with customer? Also, they said receipt will take 2 hours to go thru via text!! I think I need to report to better business bureau.

Terrible experience. I wish I read reviews before I went there. Waste of money and time. The photographer and her skills are super unprofessional , difficult communication and very dirty place. Hand written policies on dirty walls, this place has nothing to do with Canadian standards. If you don’t know-how to take proper passport photo, go to school and learn. It is easy to take payment for bad job, no refund, no apologies, no responsibility. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Need photo, go to professional place

I wish there was a way to rate some businesses as "TERRIBLE!" as this store does not even deserve 1 star! -I only went to them because I googled the nearest place to get a picture taken for my OCI and Indian passport surrender application and unfortunately I ended up at this place. Firstly they don't even own a decent camera and then they charge x3 times more $s for a 2x2" picture for Indian passport services. They also lied to me and sold x2 additional copies of my pic and as I needed a digital image of the pic for my e-application they charged me an additional $25 for that image which was then rejected by the BLS officials!The image was blurry and not taken properly...read full review
