Had a great experience with the Customer Service Team there today. Was looking for a packed piece of a particular Chandelier which Mohad, an associate confirmed was available at the Brampton South store. I was trying to place the order online and had issues fulfilling the order. I called Customer Service for assistance and Chanelle and Ashante worked with me, providing me with suggestions and when things didn't work out, assisted me with the necessary support from Thanuja at the main office to get it done. They were all courteous, helpful and went the extra mile to help me get the order finalized. Chanelle is now ensuring that a packed piece of the Chandelier is shipped out promptly and efficiently.
