The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide range of machines and free weights. The staff, led by the manager, are warm and friendly, greeting members with a smile and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Members can feel comfortable regardless of their fitness level, thanks to the supportive environment. While the gym can be busy and has limited hours on weekends, the overall club vibe is great. There may be some flaws, such as scattered dumbbells and weights, but employees like Eric help by putting weights away and educating members on why weights should be on the rack. Special mention goes to Karan Saini, who is exceptional, always available to offer advice and support, fostering a positive atmosphere that keeps members engaged and motivated.
I want to share my review about la fitness in my fitness journey with coach KARANBEER SINGH ,he helped me achieve my goals of body recomposition. I was 190 lbs when i joined, he help ed me loose 24 lb of fat with 14% of body fat percentage.
Highly recommending training with Shallu Mehta as personal trainer. She’s very motivating, knowledgable and genuinely invested. She invests in the training properly and helped me grow and lose weight.
As an out-of-town visitor, I was impressed by LA Fitness for their 3 day pass. Essa was incredibly welcoming and friendly. It's a nice way to get introduced to their gym which i enjoyed.
