New management is super friendly & the techs are awesome! The salon is very clean & the staff make u feel comfortable & welcome. The attention to detail on both my pedicure & my acrylics was amazing. Alexis took her time and made sure my nails were shaped perfectly & painted exactly the way I requested. The lady who did my pedicure was also fantastic & took her time to make sure my feet looked perfect. 100% satisfied with their work on my poor pandemic hands/feet lol. I dont even know what to say, i got my acrylics done by Lara and she shaped the nails really nicely but (I’m attaching the picture) this is what happened after a few hours to the nails on one of my hands.. i mean.. i think i have to get them re done from some other place because this doesnt really look good.

Got my nails done yesterday and they were extremely poorly done, my nails are chipping and my gems are falling off. I called the next day to see if Kate could do something about it, and she immediately gave the phone to another worker and she began to say that Kate is not there although she answered the phone. Nail work is terrible and customer service is even worse, would not recommend.
