Had my car towed from Mississauga all the way to Midland and it was probably one of the best tow experiences I've had in the city. Lady on the phone was super nice, and buddy in truck was just as nice and laid back. 10/10 had a great experience
First person on the phone was pleasant. The woman at the impound had a terrible attitude. They charged 2 days of impound fees when the only had the truck for 11 hours .. figure that one out.
Solid professional. Others came and tried, left me hanging in a Costco parking lot. Wouldn't touch my Benz because the wheels were all the way turned.Kelly showed up looked at it - evaluated it said we'll solve this and get going. True to his word delivered safe n sound to the dealership.Total respect. This is the way its done.thxA
