The management has changed including employees. Worst is the day time receptionist is not customer friendly at all and has not replied back after charging me twice for 1 massage. Not even sorry !?Good? Massage therapist was experienced and professional.Previous management's receptionist and therapist both provided professional customer services.
I had my first facial with Fran and it was amazing! She was very kind and the massage was wonderful. I have very sensitive skin so I was worried about getting a reaction- but Fran used special products for me and my skin looked great! Would definitely recommend this place ?
Booked a facial for my best friend's birthday a couple weeks ago. She said Fran was fabulous and she can't wait to go back for another session! I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with their receptionist Maggie trying to figure out which service to book and what dates were available. Thankfully she was extremely patient and helpful. My friend literally came out glowing. Have to book one for myself now!!
