Generation Barbers and Salon is appointment based, but they will try to fit walk-ins in. The shop has a great vibe with friendly people who provide excellent service. Kit is a professional stylist praised for his attention to detail and ability to create great fades. Customers report being very happy with their haircuts and plan to return. The salon is considered the best place in Brampton to get a haircut and is highly recommended.
I usually have a great experience here and my regular barber is excellent. However, one day he was busy and sent me to another barber. Unfortunately, this barber gave me the worst fade I’ve ever had and only lined up my hairline. On top of that, his attitude was extremely unprofessional. He told me he had other clients waiting, then aggressively took my coat off and told me to go back to my usual barber.
I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously. It was the guy who has a badge that says no bad fades on his coat
