I’ve been coming to Flowertown Laundry & Dry Cleaners for 6 years, and honestly, moving away is bittersweet solely because of this place!
When I lived 2 minutes away, it was my go to, but the service kept me coming back. Kathy and her husband are the hardest-working people I know. They don’t just run a business; they treat you like family.
Kathy and her husband are constantly on the move, scrubbing, tidying, and ensuring every single machine is in pristine condition. They take immense pride in their business, and it shows the moment you walk through the door.

First time here lady at the counter greeted me maybe 3.5 seconds of me entering the place!!?? Extremely friendly and nice she asked if this was my first time here, I advised her yes, and she showed me all the different machines the prices and how they all worked such an And an attentive lady and so kind! The machines were nice and big and the place wasn’t too crowded for a Sunday. I proceeded to put my clothes in the dryer and she then walked by me and explained how the driers worked. What a nice Customer Service experience such a nice lady she deserves a raise! Clean place
This laundromat is nice, clean, and well-maintained with reasonable prices. The shop owner was working really hard and answering all customer queries with ease. I just don't understand why people gave bad comments for the male staff member who works really hard to handle everything alone. I received excellent customer service and I am really grateful for that. Thanks
