This was my third session with the Q-Switch laser. I initially had a lot of dark spots and other skin concerns. After the first two treatments, I noticed about a 20% improvement, but this time, I met personally with Dr. Sharma and requested a more aggressive approach. The results have been amazing! Dr. Sharma genuinely focuses on helping her patients achieve the best outcomes. While my first experience with the receptionist wasn’t ideal, she was rude and arrogant but my most recent visit was much smoother, thanks to the helpful and friendly receptionist, Mary.
My experience with Dr.Sharma and her staff has been great. I am satisfied with the care she provides, and staff is helpful and efficient. I would strongly recommend Dr.Sharma’s clinic. I understand wait times might be long at times but this is the case in hospitals and clinics throughout Canada.
I was worried prior to my visit as i read a bunch of negative reviews but what i can say is that Dr. Sharma was very helpful and actually took the time to help diagnose my condition.
