I Had a really positive experience at Care Plus Physiotherapy, especially with my therapist Ravi. I originally went in because I was dealing with ongoing back problems, and Ravi took the time to properly understand what I was experiencing rather than simply treating the symptoms.
What impressed me most was how thorough and personalized the treatment was. Ravi carefully assessed my posture, movement and the way I was walking, and explained how these factors could be contributing to my back discomfort. She also helped me with orthotics, making sure I understood how proper foot support could help with alignment and take some of the strain off my back.

I highly recommend coming here. I was experiencing lower back pain, couldn’t even get out of bed without it being painful. On my second session I started noticing an improvement. Within the third session I was able to get out of bed without pain. I travel 50 minutes to get here and it’s worth it. They are caring and very informative.
