You can’t wear backpacks inside which I don’t like when I shop at Toronto locations all the time and it feels disrespectful that I’ve easily spent 20k+ across all locations over the years so I do kinda expect to be treated as a valued customer even if I’m not really a computer guy.

Wonderful service today by a fellow with the name, I believe, pronounced as Ah-cad. He was assisting another person and he overheard we needed assistance. He later circled back and offered to help. He went above and beyond with assisting us find the item and requested an exception to allow us to purchase the item same day from his manager, Blair, who kindly supported. Thanks so much!

Great location, first timer and it was expansive, clean and easy to navigate. Needed a Bluetooth adapter and walking in was geared by a Rep who got me what I needed.
