I am beyond frustrated. I went in today for a shellac cat-eye manicure, and it looks incredibly sloppy. As you can see in picture the polish wasn't applied properly to the sides at all, leaving patchy gaps. The coverage is completely uneven across my nails.
To make matters worse, the lady at the reception was unbelievably rude. I paid cash and declined to leave a tip for this terrible job, so she aggressively shoved the change into my hand. Horrible quality and toxic customer service. Do not waste your money here!
Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Asked for a removal for acrylics which came out to 20$, and I am expecting a proper soak off. The nail tech I was given was very aggressive, arrogant and rude overall. She immediately attempted to removed my nails (not filing, putting them in acetone etc.) but taking a nail tip and cuticle scissors to remove my nails very harshly. I noticed that one of my nails was bleeding and hurting very badly and let her know but she did not seem to care. I left the salon with very thin and bleeding nails! Do nottttt recommend to anyone that wants to get their nails done or removed.. save your time 🙃
Worst salon ever. I went in for gel removal and she burned my nails. Only used the drill, no acetone. I walked out of there with my nails tearing off at the edges because they were so thin. Such a garbage salon.
