From the personal service during the appointment, to the ability to explain product benefits and alternatives Bob was excellent and the team of installers were friendly, respectful and excellent, very tidy workers. Absolutely, delighted with my new office, and guest bedroom. Thank you all.
We've had our bed for 7 years and would recommend BOTW for their excellent customer service, and installation skill.
Three years ago a part had to be replaced. It was done without delay.
One observation is that when the bed is folded up the mattress slides down. The photo shows my way of preventing this.
This is a GREAT product! So glad I dealt with this company and got this bed. It still looks great, five years later, it is solid, smooth, and comfortable mattress.
