Came for a shave left with scars and trauma!!

I had a terrible experience at Prince Cut Barber Shop in Brampton on Saturday, February 22nd. I went in for a haircut and beard trim, trusting their advertised professionalism. While the haircut was fine, the barber severely cut the left and right side of my cheek, leaving a deep wound where I could even see inner muscle.

This happened on an important day for me—I was supposed to host an event as an emcee, but this injury caused physical pain, stress, and ruined my day. It’s clear that the barbers lack experience and professionalism, and I doubt they are not even licensed.

Came here 3 times after 12 and the place wasn’t open. forth time I came and the lady at the desk purposely mislead me to believe the product I asked for had a “new formula” in a different packaging just to make a sale. The website clearly states it is two different products. When I brought up the website she called another location & told me the product was $17 more than the website & pretty much she has no idea why the website is cheaper. I’m extremely disappointed in her sale tactics considering I’m a business women and just simply put not stupid. Smh I’ll be buying my products in the US. This lady is a dishonest as they come.

I just went at 1:30 and I had to knock on window for them to let me in. Then I asked where the toner products were and they said they didn't have any lol. It was also pitch black inside no lights were on so I left. Very strange.
