Excellent customer service. We bought an explorer here in March and just back for a Bronco last week. LOVE them both, zero complaints. The best customer service we have ever had. We will never ever think twice about going anywhere else.
Reviews
Have been bringing our three cars to Urban Ford for regular servicing and repairs for years now. Very polite and welcoming staff in the service department. Our cars are serviced by Jordan, one of the quality automotive technicians on the team at Urban Ford. He always does a great job and performs repairs that addresses the problems with our cars.Services: Brakes
Got me in right away to look issue over and called me back ahead of promised recall date. Polite staff and a follow up call to make sure I had input on how I was treated. Excellent.
