I am a client with Ann at New Vitality for the past 8 months, and the amount of progress I have had is indescribable. She pushes me every week with our one on one work out routines, reviews my eating habits and encourages me on better proteins and food choices. I can’t wait to see where my progress takes me?

Woww!! I love my cellulite reduction results! Awesome private spa; The atmosphere is welcoming and intimate. The owner is super knowledgeable and personable. I always look forward to my weekly treatments. I’ll be starting personal training soon and can’t wait!!! Glad I found “my all-in-one” spot at New Vitality. I’ll recommend this place to everyone!
