“Lives up to the hype! We hired MAJD based off reviews for a deep clean for our new house. The cleaners did such a fantastic job with a great eye to detail and they even threw in some extra cleaning services for us that we didn’t even ask for. They worked incredibly hard and did such a thorough job. We told them not to worry about moving furniture and boxes out of the way, but they even did that on their own accord. Romina was the lady that organized everything for me and she was very responsive with all my questions leading up to cleaning day and incredibly easy to work with. We will definitely hire them again! “My wonderful Mother had passed away and Dad did not want to move out of their house. I was trying my best to keep up with things at his house as well as mine but there came a time I knew I needed help to keep things as Mom always had. After searching online and reading reviews like this one I decided to give Twin Star a call. I had never used a cleaning service before and was not sure what to expect after hearing many horror stories. Natasha answered the phone and the rest is history as they say. She personally came out to Dad's house to access our needs and make sure she understood everything we wanted. She is lovely and approachable while still being very professional. She listened to Dad's concerns and made sure to address them all. We have been using Twin Star for just over a year now and have no complaints. Natasha is always available if anything comes up, checks in before each visit and their pricing is reasonable. The cleaners are on time, pleasant and really seem to take pride in their work. They are careful with Dad's things and very thorough, even cleaned a few things that surprised me (toaster crumb tray!). I would recommend their services. They helped make a very stressful time a little bit easier and we are very grateful, thank you Natasha!“

“Barb far exceeded my expectations with her cleaning service. She worked tirelessly, cleaning some very old and gross dirt and cobwebs from a home we just bought. When we walked in the house felt grimy. After Barb destroyed the dirt, we were left with a sparkling clean home. I cant recommend her enough.
