As a parent of an 18yr old that wanted a tattoo I wanted to make sure everything was done as safe and comfortable as possible for my daughter. We chose Rebel Soul as the parlor. It was comforting to see the rules of service on the wall a place with morals. Having no experience with the whole tattoo journey John was able to explain everything from start to finish. John is friendly and I respect the way he runs his business. It's been 7yrs and my daughter still only goes to Rebel Soul for her tattoos.
