I’ve been going to Roxanne at Novo Skincare for 2 years now. She’s such a lovely person who’s always so accommodating and very friendly and welcoming. Whenever I need a facial and most of the time it would be a last minute thing, she would find time out of her busy schedule to pencil me in. She does such an amazing job on my skin! She is very skillful and knowledgeable, makes recommendations on products you can use at home, and helps you understand your skin better. I highly recommend her. On top of that, she has a beautiful personality.
