Honestly, Legacy air is our go to They are always so empathetic, quick to respond and ensure that our worries have been heard. The technicians that come are always friendly and make you feel at ease I can always count on them.
Legacy Air has saved us again. 2 years ago on Christmas Eve our furnace stopped. We called another company and the closest they could do for us was 3 days without heat in the dead of winter. Legacy Air came to the rescue an hour later! Other companies had told us we needed a new furnace and it was not repairable. Legacy Air got our old furnace running for an additional two years.
So when our furnace failed again we knew just who to call, Legacy Air! They had a team squeeze us in at the end of the day so that our two young babies wouldn't have to freeze overnight. By far best price! They are in it to help the clients! Such friendly service and welcoming staff! When the technicians came, they were very pleasant helpful. Once installing the air conditioner, showed me what was done as well explained how my thermostat worked. Everyone was very pleasant to work with thank you so much! Highly recommended!
