I recently attended the grand opening on May 31, 2025 and was chosen to be the “model” for the FLEX and SCULPT sessions. Courtney and Tracey (co-owners of the Spa - I totally love that this is a mother daughter owned business) walked me through what to expect during both experiences. The FLEX session was very cool - the machine had my abs flexing on a rotating cycle and I definitely felt like I had done a serious ab workout the next day! The SCULPT was actually a relaxing experience for me as the paddles cycled heat (not too hot!) to melt fat around my midsection. Courtney answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Her professionalism is equally matched with her calm and soothing energy. With her background in fitness, nutrition and coaching, Tracey rounded out the technical side with her tips on mindset and practical expectations and considerations once I left the Spa. Complexion Med Spa itself is quite lovely, a perfect combination of top of the line equipment and professional expertise, long list of services, luxurious backdrop and personable staff. Can’t wait for my next visit!!
