I took my dog to this location for the first time today. He has been groomed at a different PetSmart location since he was born, but we recently moved into the area so we thought we would try out the Bolton location. We booked a cleanup package ans a trial run and Katelyn did such an amazing job. We will definitely be back next month for a full groom!

Jesse helped us out at cash, and was extremely friendly. He noticed one of my items was not ringing up correctly and made sure it was done properly and that I got my discount! Even though there was a line behind me, he made sure that I got my deal!!! Amazing service!!! Very much appreciated.
