I am over 50, never worked out in life and had so manny body aches all the time. Someone referred me to Focus Physiotherapy in Bolton. I must admit that I had zero hope... BUT...
They assessed my situation, trained me on how to strengthen my muscles and got rid of all the pain killers in less than 3 months.
I feel blessed that Dharmin, Jenna and Narender are ALWAYS there for my entire family.
Life wouldn't be same with Focus Physiotherapy!!!
Couldn't be happier with Focus. Great staff have helped me get through many injuries, and build the strength so they don't reoccur. Always accommodating with appointments. Would recommend to anyone.8 yeays after posting the above, I still feel the same. Always helpful and friendly. Some of the faces have changed, but still excellent quality care and I would still highly recommended them for physio and massage.
I have used Focus Physiotherapy for several months now and have found the staff to be most caring, knowledgeable and pleasant. They are welcoming from the time you arrive. Haber, the receptionist is so pleasant and patient no matter how busy she may be. She always has a smile for each patient. Dharma has such good ideas to help in recovery with exercises, tips on posture etc. and gives the best massages. I have had such relief from pain thanks to her expertise. Steve is always pleasant and polite no matter how busy he is. He takes the time to do his part in my treatment by explaining what he is doing and helping me to do the exercises properly.
