We are new to the area and were looking for a mechanic in the area. After getting a recommendation from our neighbor we called Duncan's and explained the issue that we were having, the gentleman asked a few questions and suggested that I should check first with the dealer as he thought it was an issue that would be covered under warranty. He graciously offered to take care of any issues that we have with our vehicle in the future but wanted to make sure we didn't pay for something when we didn't have to. Very honest, friendly business I would recommend them in the future.

This was my first experience with Duncan's Auto and I was very happy with the service and advice. I dealt with Duane and he was very quick to get my car in for the services it needed and back out.
