Start to Finish a 6 star experience. Prompt and straightforward sales process; answered all questions with no BS. Up front and clear with answers about government subsidies, grants.. honest and no empty promises. Even answered some what if scenarios and details on how and why their quote differed from others we had.
The installation was just as good. On schedule, efficient, respectful of our space (I WFH so this was a godsend) and very good walking us through operation of the furnace & heat pump and connecting apps for remote control. Can't say enough good things about them and ran out of stars at 5. :)
We recently had a new heating and cooling system installed by Mike, John Paul, and Mason and we are so happy with the results. The system provides a wonderfully even and fresh feeling temperature throughout our home, making it very comfortable.
Mike’s knowledge and guidance were invaluable, and both John Paul and Mason were equally professional, courteous and efficient. We truly appreciate their hard work and the care they took with every detail.
Driftwood Mechanical was amazing. They installed my new furnace and a super easy-to-use thermostat. Even though they were really busy, they managed to fit me in earlier than expected, which I really appreciated. The whole job was done quickly and everything works perfectly. I’m so happy with the service—highly recommend!
