After dealing with two different large banks (TD and CIBC) for investing, MBI was an absolute breath of fresh air. Personal attention to setting up investments for RRSPs, a TFSA and GIC's etc. and everything was explained so well. Prompt responses to emails or questions and wonderful customer service. I wish I invested here sooner rather than dealing with the impersonal nature of the large banks.
