“Nothing like heading on vacation and have your septic backup! My neighbour, my hero Tom came to the rescue and contacted Chris. My other hero. I couldn’t believe how quickly Chris assessed the situation and resolved the issue! Incredibly reliable and excellent work. Thankyou so much Chris!!!

Aurelina house sitting and panicked was relieved when Chris and Tom showed up.”
“My experience with PR Plumbing was top class. Had a brand new tank installed after my previous tankless developed issues and started leaking. Ryan was professional and honest from the start (Out of everyone one I called, he was the only honest one), something that is hard to come by these days. Robert came to the house to fit the new tank at short notice, and the price for my John Wood was very reasonable, considering I was in a predicament, and needed it asap (that’s the honesty and integrity part; they could have bent me over a barrel, but didn’t). Robert and his apprentice were very personable, understanding, professional, and completed the installation same day! They made a painful situation very manageable, and removed the stress. Thank you, sincerely. I recommend PR Plumbing 100%. I don't normally do reviews, but after the service I received, it needed to be said!”
