She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave me a beautiful cut and blow out. She took her time to cut my hair. She had me stand up and assessed my hair from all angles to ensure it was straight and balanced. I really appreciate the attention to detail. I had a bad experience at another salon which left with me "hair cut anxiety" Mais went above and beyond to ease my concerns and deliver a perfect cut and trendy style. The staff and owner/clinic director Stephanie are super friendly, offering complimentary water upon arrival. Nurse Ideanna does a great job of finding out your goals and giving you honest feedback to guide you to what is best vs upselling you treatments you down need.
