I called Steve late last Summer because a bat flew into my upstairs bathroom at 3 in the morning. He arrived a few hours later and removed the bat. Then next day, he and his assistant sealed the attic all around the exterior of the house and installed two one-way bat doors. At that time, Steve said he would be back in early October to remove the bat doors. In fact, he never came back to do that until the following Spring. Living in the country, we were having big problems with bats and mice getting into our home. On our scheduled day, Steve showed up RIGHT ON TIME! Steve was/is EXTREMELY knowledgable, professional and explained what he was going to to do and why. He even showed us some simple things we could do on our own to save us money...WOW!!!!Now, our bat and mice problem is no more!!! If you ever have the need, call Steve. We ended up with bed bugs in our home and Canadian Shield Pest Control came to our rescue. They educated us, supported us through our many concerns and questions, and gave thorough explanations about how they were going to treat our home and why. Every email was answered promptly and they even came to our house on Easter Sunday. I would highly recommend this company!
