UPDATE: After reaching out to SERVPRO, they were kind enough to assess the damages that occured due to weaker materials. Originally, they had come in to do work on an insurance claim and the ceiling tiles collapsed. Although they had matched the original tiling that was there, the replacement tiles paled in quality.
Understanding this, SERVPRO came and installed boards instead of tiles, ensuring a collapse would never happen again.
Thanks to everyone who was able to assist us. We appreciate that efforts were made to rectify the issue and recommend SERVPRO's services.
