    I began training with Dan three years ago. At that time, I knew I wanted (and needed) to shift away from the workouts I had leaned on for so many years and move towards more strength-based training. Dan provides me with ongoing guidance and support in my strength, conditioning and nutrition, and he also ensures the programming is highly tailored to my specific needs and explains the “why” behind every exercise and how it all fits together.     I have been training with Dan for over three years. He is an experienced and knowledgeable trainer - always working towards new certifications which allow him to better serve his clients. Dan has the ability to make you sweat and have fun while doing so (such a welcome change when compared to other trainers I have worked with). He changes up programs regularly which keeps it fun and challenging.I have been praised by multiple trainers at my local gym for my "excellent form" and that is a direct credit to Dan.     Becoming a client of Dan's is one of the best decisions I've ever made. He takes the time to really get to know you and your goals, then creates challenging yet fun programs. His gym is safe and welcoming, and he nurtures knowledge and understanding of everything we do.
