2 years ago we purchased 2 geo furnace units and a hot water heating system. On Wed. we had our annual check-up by Mike T. Mike is very conscientious about his work and does a great job, this supports all the good experiences I've had in the past with Link. I am usually terrified to deal with contractors of any type, I don't have that experience with Link or their team, although the world is changing rapidly I trust this company, a lot. I would recommend them any time you are looking to deal with professionals in regards to your heating system. Thanks for another great experience Mike T!
I unfortunately called a different company I had used before. they made 4 trips and still couldn't find problem. I called link climate and was given a quick appointment to diagnose and service furnace. Kim Meadus came out, listened to my explanation of problem and found problem. returned 2 days later after receiving ordered part and installed, and confirmed repair.... these guys really do the work before spending your money on a wrong repair. fast friendly accurate, they are my go to now... thanks everyone at link climate care, sincerely Mark Thornton lindsay Ontario
I’ve been using Link for about 8 years. I’ll get to the point. I ask for one service person every time, even if I have to wait a day or two. Kim, a special person. It’s not what you do, it’s how you do it. With my lasted problem, Kim couldn’t figure it out. Took the mother board home to work on. He was supposed to have the next day off. Came back with mother board and problem fix. I would highly recommend Link to anyone.
