I had booked an appointment for one of my cats days prior and the day of the appointment my other cat got sick so I asked if I could take him instead and the receptionist was understanding and wassomehow able to squeeze them both in which was amazing.Dr. Erin took very good care of my sick cat, explained everything to me throughout the process and was overall very understanding.Dr. Sadoch was also very nice and patient with my other cat. They asked for an update the next day and seemed happy to hear he was doing better. As a first time pet owner I’m happy to have found a vet that I’m comfortable taking my animals too and can trust they’ll take great care of them.
Highly highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Sadoch. I’ve been to several vets throughout my dogs life and no one has ever taken the time to sit down and explain conditions and options as thoroughly at he has.He laid everything out, gave us the costs, and the pros and cons of each option and left it up to us to make our decision without feeling judged.I’ve heard others say Crossroads is pricey but that was not our experience at all. Price point seems to be fair and we actually found it cheaper than our previous clinic in Orillia.Thank you for taking such good care of our sick pups Bane & Jerry.
Today we had to put down our cat Simba. She was a beautiful creature with an incredible beautiful old soul. I don't know of many cats that can do tricks, but ours did everything our dog would do for her special treat. She'll be missed. Crossroads were very empathetic and patient and afforded me the time to drive to school to pick up my daughter so that she could say goodbye to her dear cat before it was euthanized. Putting down a family pet isn't easy, it's a delicate matter, but Crossroads was very kind to us and to our cat.
