Love this nail salon. Jon is the best, highly skilled, quick and courteous. I’ve tried all the local places is Beamsville and they don’t compare. Prices and quality + atmosphere 10/10 Always busy for a reason! Long time customer been coming for years.
I am very disappointed in the service I received here on March 16 2026. To start the technician was too busy talking to a customer that was being served by someone else. Yes it’s nice to be friendly but I believe customer service is about giving your attention to the person in front of you. She kept stopping to talk to her. Then the polish job she did was not a good job at all. I couldn’t tell until I looked closer when I got home, I didn’t have time to go back as I was leaving to go on vacation.
Took my daughter here for the first time on my sisters recommendation. Jon the owner did my daughter’s nails and did a wonderful job. Place is clean and they do excellent work. I was very impressed and my daughter is absolutely thrilled.
