Lake of Bays Plumbing was just Awesome! Christian and Jack were terrific! They showed up on time, we’re very polite, introduced themselves and then verified what our problem was with a plugged toilet! Checked the septic tank to verify the baffle wasn’t plugged. We had been plunging ourselves, but it didn’t make a difference. Christian then came into the cottage and asked how we had been plunging the toilet. Turns out there is a proper technique which he demonstrated. After a vigorous and proper plunge the blockage was gone! He and Jack verified again by checking septic baffle was flowing properly! Both Christian and Jack were superb! They were even able to repair two leaky taps and install a new set while on site! Have also ordered a part that they will come back an install. Overall, a fabulous experience and I will definitely be using them again in the future. I highly recommend the services provided by Lake of Bays Plumbing, simply a great experience!
