Do not use this company if you are expecting technicians to arrive on time. They cancelled my first appointment because it was raining (why that stops work on an indoor sauna i have no idea), then I arranged another appointment which the technician completely failed to show up for.
They however have time to call me up twice and berate me for being rude! after I had informed them that i no longer needed their services and would fins someone else. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
