I went to Superior Tire & Auto today for the first time, and I knew I had to write a review from the second I walked in the door. I don’t often write reviews, but as a parent with a toddler, I immediately noticed the sitting area with a big train table upon entering the building. This was such a relief to me knowing that this is a family friendly place and that my toddler would be able to keep busy while we waited. The building itself was clean, including the washroom, and it was actually a pleasant experience waiting. Ordered new snow tires. They looked after everything for me. As I had no idea what size etc. they had me in to shop within a week during a busy time. As everyone wanted their tires changed. They took time to stay late to do all my brakes at same appointment. Not only great service. But I was so impressioned how they treated their employees by thanking them for staying late and telling them great. Job they did that day. Besides being great to customers they hey are great to them employees. Will be back in future. Highly recommend. Thanks guys. Dawn Godfrey
