I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Stitch It. The customer service is always professional, friendly, and efficient. A special thank you to Jafar, who is incredibly kind and accommodating. He helped arrange a same-day hemming for me when I was in a pinch, and I was so grateful for the quick turnaround. Highly recommend!

May 30th, 2026 (Saturday) went into Stitch It to have a button reattached to a pair of shorts. Saw 2 ladies working and 1 came to me to ask if she could help me. She asked me if I had 5 minutes and she would fix my shorts now. When she came back with my shorts fixed, she said there was no charge. Wow, didn't have to leave my shorts and come back to pick them up, probably the next week. That's service you rarely see anymore.
Thanks so much and people should go there to experience the same service I got.

Awesome! We brought our dress in and they were really nice. Tailoring was done on time and even cost less than the estimate. We are thrilled with the work they did on our formal dress that had tricky embroidery and 2 layers, looks perfect!!
