My children got ahold of red and yellow acrylic paint and smeared it all over my cream and light gray rug. I dropped it off at Simcoe Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners with little hope of getting the stains out. To my great surprise, they were able to get out all of the paint and the rug is in near perfect condition! I am so pleased with the job they did and their friendliness! No wonder they have been in service for so long! Thank you for making my Day!

We are thoroughly impressed with the service we received from Simcoe Carpet, from start to finish. The staff is absolutely wonderful to interact with both over the phone and in person. We had our 5x7 living room area rug cleaned after our late diabetic cat had urinated on it multiple times. They restored our rug back to life, it’s scent free and looks brand new. Simcoe Carpet is affordable and very knowledgeable about how to get the job done. We defiantly recommend you give them a try for all your carpet cleaning needs!

Just took in a wool area rug that, unfortunately, John was not able to get the stain out of despite his many attempts. Not knowing what the stain was and how long it had been there were all factors he considered. I appreciated his honesty and the time he took to inspect the rug. I would highly recommend Simcoe Carpet cleaners.
