Had a great experience @ Sephora in the Georgian Mall in Barrie today. Emma helped me find a new foundation tone,a mascara & also recommended an illuminator as I was complaining that I needed some glow to my skin! Looking forward to trying all my new products! Thank you Emma!

Whitney was amazing! I was told by another employee someone would be by to help me in 2 minutes. After almost 10 minutes Whitney (had helped me previously with eyelashes) came and colour matched me and found me the perfect shade. I was appreciative even though she was busy she still went out of her way to help me since no one else came! + she Found me the perfect color matched and I’m So happy!

Best customer service so far at one of these locations considering it was 2 days before Christmas had great help and accommodation to not only budgeting but also a variety of requests regarding products and different types of skin tones and what not. Will definitely be back
