I have been coming to this nail salon for several years… probably before 2019. I have always received wonderful and attentive service. I am always asked about the shape the length, and any other particular of what I am getting- they are very professional and ensure communication through every step.I recently encountered a strange experience when I was in on Dec 30th 2023.After Seeing her negative review , I feel compelled to not only post my own review but clarify her experience as I was witness to what actually happened on the 30th.The girl and her friend were late for their appointment on the 29th.She decided to wait for her friend- so she was late and her service...read full review
Love this location. My girl Vanda is great! She always takes her time, asks you to check over your nails to make sure you like the shape and length, and is so sweet! Does a great job every time <3
I was very disappointed when coming here. I booked for both me and my daughter's nails and was truly disappointed because it was a rush service and it was painful at some points . I told them children's cuticles aren't to be cut but just to be filed down, but I thought every salon knows this, It was a kid pedicure and manicure. When I told them how I wanted it to be done, the nail technician was annoyed and rushed to get the job finished and the final result was still awful. The edges were rough. Definitely not smooth all the way around. It was a really patchy job.
