Was sent to this business by my surgeon at RVH to purchase a wrist brace for a fractured wrist just coming out of a cast. The whole experience was new to me and my cast had just been removed. The man who fitted me rushed through the fitting and showed no compassion for the pain I was experiencing. Perhaps he was not having a good day but his service reminded me of someone who has done this many times and forgot that this is new for his customer. There are other businesses in Barrie that offer this service, might be worth checking somewhere else.
I have had custom orthotics made from many other clinics in the past but was never really satisfied or found resolution for my pain. I was referred to Scott from my chiropractor and massage therapist and it was the best referral I had received!Scott at Ortho Health was fantastic at fitting my custom orthotics and I no longer have ankle pain due to my flat feet. I liked my orthotics so much, I got a second pair.Highly recommend!
