I recently visited music pro and had a fantastic experience. The store had a wide selection of instruments and equipment, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received. Ted who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to understand my needs and recommend the best options for me. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase, which made the experience very enjoyable.I would highly recommend this musicpro to anyone in the area looking for a wide selection, excellent customer service, and great deals. My experience was truly top-notch, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

I have been a customer of Music Pro for quite some time, even on Dunlop Street,and have always been satisfied with the service I have received. I recently dealt with Jason for my last purchase. Jason spent a lot of time demonstrating the product to me and dealing with some trade ins that I had. Couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase and the service. Always top notch service from the staff at Music Pro.

Best one stop shop for all your music needs in Barrie. Next place is an hour and half to Toronto. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Decent variety of gear and equipment for all cases. Only gripe is its a little tricky to get into the compound but not a deal breaker at all.
