The team at Mortgage Blox is astonishingly incompetent. They spent months and months working on getting us a mortgage that was apparently approved. We had to go with another lender. We also had one additional experience with them of which they took advantage of my brothers mental state, switched a mortgage on us to a property we did not want to create debt on. They grossly over charged their rate. More than double the normal standard. I highly recommend staying as far away from them as possible.
