Milestone provides so many wonderful services, I felt my family member was well taken care of in their hands. The Client Care Manager is supportive not only towards the needs of the clients, but also very understanding and kind when interacting with family members. The staff as well are knowledgeable and caring when interacting.
As we all know, when we reach this time in life it is never fun. The care privided by the Milestone staff allowed us to sleep so much easier. We can now leave the residence and know both of our parents were well taken care of. We didn't have to worry any more about if or when meds were being taken, or if they even remembered to go down to the dining room for dinner. Bathing seemed to be so much easier as it was a regular routine now and seemed to always go way better. I don't know what we would have done without the services Milestone provided and the peace of mind we continue to get. I’m so grateful for milestone! I reached out to them because my grandparents needed additional support. They were so easy to talk with and figure out a plan that would work. Would recommend Milestone to anyone!
