went to the matrix for YEARS! every since i was 16 years old! they closed and i contacted the owner about my gift card and he said he will honour it when they re open something. unfortunately they changed their phone number, closed down the website and all of their socials. everyone that worked there also closed all of their socials so my family is now out $450 because this business ghosted every single person they owe money to. i am extremely upset as all of the art on my body is from this business and at this point don’t even want to tell people where i got them from because every customer has been betrayed. thanks matrix for making me lose money and being unloyal...read full review

Dirty shop, unpleasant employees, overpriced piercings. Both my partner and my nose piercing got infected & we were forced to take them out. I had my other side pierced elsewhere and never had an issue. Piercer also never stated any specific aftercare techniques, said "I'm sure you'll keep it clean, but I ignore/don't do anything to mine"Service: Nose piercing
