Had quite an exceptional experience with Barry and Peter today. I sent my van in for service as the brakes were causing me concern. Barry called as per his usual to report the findings and get permission to proceed with the repairs. But here is where regular mechanic service to something else happened. I get a call a couple hours after I would have thought things should have been completed. Barry explains that the rear brakes were replaced. But once a test drive was completed it was noticed that there was a slight sound coming from the front brakes. Barry orders the vehicle up on the hoist and does a routine cleaning to hopefully clear it up. Once the vehicle is down the sound has gotten infinitely worse. So checking the records, the front brakes had been changed a year and a half ago. They were still under warranty. So instead of sending the vehicle back to me in worse shape he had the front brakes replaced...no charge. Master Mechanic Barrie West is the real deal folks! They'll treat you like family (if you have a good one LOL).

I highly recommend these guys. Wow, being a women and not mechanically inclined can be tricky when it it comes to automotive problems. They helped me out with a heating issue and were sooo fair and honest!!! Thank you , Thank you, Thank you!!! Dan, is the man!!
