She chose a cute mother daughter kitty cat one and it didn't take much to convince me..
We called and they were so sweet and able to fit us in literally right away with Holden and when we got there we were met with all the familiar faces from years past and met Holden who was so accommodating and kind and funny!

My 7 yr old got her ears pierced and got very scared after her first one. Annie was beyond amazing and patient with us and was so comforting & reassuring. She even pierced my daughters stuffy to show her how brave she was. I can’t thank Annie enough for how great she handled it!
