Just wanted to send out a huge thank you to the whole team at JN Roofing and contracting. The sales team came to our home quoted the job let my wife and I discuss and reached back out 48 hours later to ask if we had any questions regarding the quote. JN was the only company out of 6 companies we had quoted to reach out after the initial quote. They gave us a detailed breakdown of the process and offered us a very quick slot to get our home completely re shingled. The crew showed up 3 weeks later ready to go at 6:30 am ready to go dispite the very cold weather. Loved the follow- up call to see if we had questions or concerns about the roof estimate. They were the only company to do that out of the 5 quotes we got. The team that came was on time and ready to go working from sun-up to past sun-down. They were professional and had an eye to detail.
The office was very responsive with our questions and same with the guys working on the roof. Just powered through getting the roof done on a cold day.
We did a lot of research picking the company to do our roof and we are thankful we went with JN. They also have a high BBB rating.
