Working with James was by far the best experience I have had with a contractor. As someone who values clear communication and attention to detail, James exceeded my expectations on every level. His knowledge far exceeded the service I initially contacted him to quote and as a result he solved many other issues I was having that required attention before listing my property for sale. We initially started with the restoration of a damaged stucco/concrete facade and quickly realized that the bricks underneath were deteriorating. James removed all of the old bricks, replaced them, reinforced the walls and matched the repaired sections to the existing sections of the facade seamlessly. He went above and beyond to fix other deficiencies, knowing that I was weeks away from listing the property for sale.
